Use/Scope of Services 

Synduct provides access to medical-knowledge tools, clinical-decision-support content, and educational resources, including—but not limited to—AI-generated outputs, reference materials, and expert-authored databases. 

These Services are intended solely for use by qualified medical professionals, researchers, and academic users. Sharing AI-generated output (by Dr. Info AI) with other healthcare professionals is automatically permitted. Use by the general public or for direct patient care without clinical oversight is not recommended and is at your own risk. 

 

Disclaimer: AI-Generated Output 

Some Services may include content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI). 

AI-generated content is informational only and is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment, peer-reviewed literature, or professional consulting. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of AI-derived outputs for any clinical or research application. You agree not to use AI-generated content to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition without professional oversight. Synduct is not liable for any harm resulting from your use of the Services. 

Your use of AI tools within the Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk. No warranties are provided; content is supplied “as is.” 

 

Eligibility and Medical Use Restrictions 

You must be at least 16 years old to access the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a healthcare institution, academic body, or company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. 

You may not use the Services: 

• to make emergency medical decisions 

• for patient-specific diagnoses 

• to store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) 

• as a diagnostic tool 

• as an image-processing tool 

• as a personalized-medicine tool to customize individual treatment plans 

• to store or analyse patient data 

• to create alerts based on individual patient profiles 

• to build or personalize clinical care pathways 

• to be integrated into other software as a clinical-decision-support system that stores or analyses electronic health records using AI without Synduct’s permission 

 

User Accounts, Subscriptions, and Paid Tiers 

1. User Accounts 

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. 

2. Access Levels 

Several subscription tiers are available: Individual, Team, and Enterprise. 

3. Billing and Payments 

Subscriptions are billed monthly or at a discounted yearly rate.
You authorize our third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. 

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel or change plans through your account dashboard. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Further details and updates will follow. 

4. Free Trials and Promotions 

We may offer trial access or promotional rates. After a trial ends, regular billing begins unless you cancel beforehand. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time. 

5. Right of Withdrawal (German Consumers) 

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you generally have a right of withdrawal.
However, under § 356 (5) No. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if: 

• the trader begins performance of the contract, 

• the consumer expressly permits performance before the withdrawal deadline expires, 

• the consumer acknowledges that this permission causes the right of withdrawal to expire at the start of performance, and 

• the trader provides confirmation pursuant to § 312f BGB. 

 

Intellectual Property 

All content and materials provided through the Services—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, AI models, user interfaces, and proprietary datasets—are owned by Synduct or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. 

You may not: 

• copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services 

• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract any source code or models 

• use the Services to train competing models or tools 

 

Data Use and Privacy

Service Availability and Modifications 

We may update or modify the Services—including adding or removing features—at any time and are not liable for any disruption or loss resulting from such changes. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Our Services may link to, or integrate with, third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms. 

 

Limitation of Liability
